A school mascot is more than just a cheerful cheerleader for sports games. A school’s mascot often represents the history of the institution, as well as its hopes for the future. Many schools have had the same recognizable mascot for decades, and are proud to showcase a figure that inspires affection and nostalgia in generations of alumni.

This history is why we’re proud to have partnered with so many different schools across North America to create a new generation of mascots. Our mascot costumes are perfect for any occasion, and can go from pep rallies to black-tie fundraising events with ease. Here are some of the mascot costumes we’re proud to have created for our educational partners.

Rhody the ram

Rhody the Ram is a distinctive mascot from the University of Rhode Island. Whether he’s wearing his basketball jersey or custom-made baseball tee, he brings joy and excitement to any event he’s attending. We were excited to be asked to create the latest Rhody mascot costume. We knew we had to get it right since Rhody has been the URI mascot since 1923. With his expressive face and huggable body, we’re proud to have created a memorable Rhody the Ram that brings joy to past, present, and future URI students.

Sal the Eagle orca

We created Sal the Eagle Orca for Southridge School in 2016. As a half eagle-half orca hybrid, he’s one of the most distinctive mascots we’ve ever made. He was created after an enthusiastic student-led campaign, engineered by three years of Head Boys and Girls. We based our costume off an imaginative sketch created by a Grade 5 class, and we’re pleased that Sal has been received so enthusiastically by both current and former students.

Sam the Minute Man

One of the very first mascot costumes we created was Sam the Minute Man, for the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In addition to being beloved on campus, we’re proud that Sam has also ranked highly in several national mascot competitions, placing 2nd in the 2005 Capital One Mascot of the Year competition. Sam has also appeared in several national commercials for SportsCenter.
